Plan and execute graduate admissions promotion for The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Design and run admissions campaigns to attract diverse domestic and international applicants;

2. Research global graduate admissions models; develop university-level promotion strategies;

3. Provide market and applicant data analysis to support decision-making;

4. Write, review, and publish admissions brochures (Chinese/English); produce and distribute promotional content (text, video) across channels: website, WeChat, social media, print, and partner platforms;

5. Organize and support admissions events — campus open days, info sessions, education fairs — with schools and programs;

6. Handle admissions inquiries via phone, email, and in person; assist visitors and applicants;

7. Complete other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor and Director of the Graduate School Admin.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or higher; Business, Marketing, or related field preferred;

2. 5+ years in marketing or admissions; experience in education sector preferred;

3. Strong communication and coordination skills;

4. Fluent and professional in both written and spoken English and Chinese — essential for global outreach, content creation, and stakeholder communication;

5. Self-motivated, responsible, and team-oriented;

6. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for recruitment.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
