To provide comprehensive further study and employment services for all students within the School, ensuring strong placement outcomes. Counsel, prepare and enhance the hiring potential of students, new graduates and alumni into the job market.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the delivery of comprehensive career planning education and guidance for all students; help students identify employment options and further study goals that match their career interests through one-on-one and group counseling; assist students in all aspects of the job and application search, including resume writing and interview coaching.

2. Maintain regular communication with students to track and manage their further study and employment progress; stay informed about the latest admission trends from higher education institutions domestically and internationally; assist in preparing relevant documentation; systematically collect graduate employment and further study data and assist in integrating and compiling employment quality reports.

3. Assist in the planning and execution of the School’s further education and employment service events, such as: further study and career guidance seminars, workshops, job fairs, master's and doctoral program information sessions, alumni sharing sessions, and external mentor meetings.

4. Maintain and follow up on the School’s Bachelor-Master Programs, organize internal nominations and admissions for these programs, and collect and summarize data regularly.

5. Track alumni career development, assist in maintaining resources with external mentors and industry mentors, and regularly organize gatherings and activities.

6. Perform other job-related duties related to further study and employment as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years of work experience; previous work experience in the career counseling area or within a university employment department is preferred. Exceptional recent graduates may also be considered.

2. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong writing abilities, and an international and multicultural perspective.

3. Meticulous, detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility; possesses self-learning ability, the capacity to work independently, and a collaborative, team-oriented working style.

4. Proficiency in using standard office software is required, along with basic data analysis and report writing skills. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

2. 長(zhǎng)期保持與學(xué)生的溝通,負(fù)責(zé)跟蹤和管理學(xué)生的升學(xué)就業(yè)進(jìn)度;同步了解海內(nèi)外高校最新招生動(dòng)態(tài),協(xié)助開(kāi)具相關(guān)材料;定期收集畢業(yè)生升學(xué)就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),協(xié)助整合形成就業(yè)質(zhì)量報(bào)告。

3. 參與籌備及舉辦學(xué)院的升學(xué)就業(yè)服務(wù)活動(dòng),如:升學(xué)就業(yè)指導(dǎo)講座、工作坊、招聘會(huì)、碩博項(xiàng)目說(shuō)明會(huì)、校友分享會(huì)、校外導(dǎo)師見(jiàn)面會(huì)等。

4. 維護(hù)跟進(jìn)學(xué)院聯(lián)培項(xiàng)目,組織項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)部提名及錄取,定期收集匯總。

5. 追蹤校友職業(yè)發(fā)展、協(xié)助維護(hù)校外導(dǎo)師、業(yè)界導(dǎo)師資源,定期舉辦聚會(huì)及活動(dòng)。

6. 其他相關(guān)升學(xué)就業(yè)工作的事宜。

崗位要求

1.本科學(xué)歷或以上,3年及以上工作經(jīng)歷,有職業(yè)咨詢(xún)或高校就業(yè)部門(mén)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮,條件優(yōu)異者可考慮應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生。

2.中英文溝通能力優(yōu)秀,文字功底扎實(shí),具有國(guó)際化和多元化視野;

3.工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),積極主動(dòng),有條理性和規(guī)劃性,具備自我學(xué)習(xí)能力、獨(dú)立工作能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力;

4.需要具備熟練使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)辦公軟件的能力,以及基本的數(shù)據(jù)分析和報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)能力;熟悉諸如 ChatGPT 等人工智能輔助工具者優(yōu)先;
